    Problem Statement

    Education for school children remains and is contained to teaching at school and tutors nearby, there by a child is in a shell and parents are not able to explore new world talents apart from text book studies.

  • Develop an online platform where a child can get learning from different skills and talents from round the world and explore the hidden talent in one-self.

    The Solution
  • We build an Edu-tech platform which enables students or parents to explore the new aura of courses offered by expert and experienced tutors in different times and time zones.
  • The application would start with creating search engine optimized category and sub-category pages. Admin created courses which could be served to both B2B (Schools) and B2C (Students). Each course was created with multiple batches configuration so that the course could be created once and scheduled more than once without having to create the course again and again.
  • Tutors could login to their backend panel and update their schedule and holidays. The system reads the schedule of the tutors and displays tutors as per availability to the users and admin when admin books a B2B course with the tutor.
  • As soon as booking was made, admin and tutor would accept the course booking for a particular batch and confirmation would be sent via email and sms to the student. With a course having multiple classes under a batch, it would be difficult for student to keep a track of the classes and hence the system was automated to display a student calendar where student could view the appointments and sessions that have happened and that are about to happen.
  • Additionally, both tutor and student would be sent automated emails and text messages to remind about the sessions 1day and 1hour prior, hence making sure there is full attendance in the session.
  • In such a dynamic environment course delivery in real-time would be a great challenge. We integrated a system where the course delivery by the tutor could be done in via video sharing in real-time with tutor picture in-set in the conference call. We enabled PPT sharing as well so that tutor could also host a ppt which would be displayed to all participants while the same is being navigated by the tutor.
  • The standout feature of this application were Screenshare by tutor and HTML5 compatibility for display and video share on mobiles. The feature packed software turned out to be a complete solution where the entire business requirements were enhanced and students experienced a new experience of course learning and management.
